Graduate Visit -- Jiangsu Station

On March 15th, the Group's campus recruitment graduate visit - Jiangsu Station was held at the headquarters, and the graduates of Nanjing Forestry University and Yangzhou University in 2019 came to the headquarters to visit and exchange. Jeff welcomed the students and introduced the Group's corporate culture and philosophy in detail.

Michael Group's Marketing Director led the students to visit the showroom and explain the latest product design concepts to the students. 

The leaders of each center of the group had face-to-face discussions and exchanges with everyone on job responsibilities and career development, and finally 10 students successfully signed the contract. Subsequently, Jeff, vice president of the group, issued a job offer to the students on the spot.

On March 9, in order to enhance the health awareness of female employees of the Group and gradually establish a long-term mechanism for maintaining women's health, the Group Trade Union and Gaochun District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital jointly carried out the health examination of "National Free Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer Screening for Women". The free physical examination for school-age women in the factory strengthens everyone's understanding of women's "two cancers" and effectively improves women's sense of gain, happiness and security.

The trade union of the Group communicated with Gaochun District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital to determine the "two cancers" screening and physical examination project, and widely publicized the knowledge of the prevention and treatment of common diseases of women, so that employees can understand their own health status, further enhance their self-care awareness, cultivate a healthy, civilized and scientific lifestyle, and let female employees feel the care and love of family.

Organize and carry out new employee induction training
